Returns & Cancellations:
Shopping with us online or over the telephone means you are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act (Previously Distance Selling Regulations) in addition to your normal consumer rights covered by the Consumer Rights Act.
You have the right to cancel an order for goods from the moment that order is placed until 14 days after you receive your goods.
If for any reason you receive goods in stages after ordering, then your 14 day period starts from the date you received the last of your goods.
After informing us of your decision to cancel, you must send goods back to us within 14 days of that notice.
Cancelled goods must be returned to us in saleable condition. Whilst goods are in your possession you must make every effort to ensure they remain as they were when you received them.
It is your responsibility to return the items to us at your cost, whilst ensuring that items are packaged securely. Please include your order number, name and address details within the packaging.
All items returned remain your responsibility until they have been signed for at our return address.
These regulations are exempt for anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.
Under the Consumer Contract regulations Act you may examine any goods ordered as you would do so in a physical shop. Please bear in mind that, if you use items ordered, you may lose your consumer right to cancel your purchase.
Vapour Mate reserves the right to implement chargeable fees for the value of any items returned which have been used or damaged whilst in your possession, up to the current cost price of those items.
Due to health and safety restrictions we cannot accept the return of e-liquids under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.
