Delivery Information

We understand that when customers order online they want a timely delivery of their order each and every time. We have structured our shipping to accommodate your needs by aiming for same-day dispatch of your goods when an order is placed before 2:30pm that day.

Due to exceptionally high order volumes we are currently around 24 hours behind with despatches - we are working as hard as we can to catch up, please be patient with us in these exceptional times.

* If you choose Special delivery next working day your order will be delivered the following working day by 1pm. Not including weekends.

** If you need Special delivery after "3pm on Thurs to 3pm Fri", you must choose the Saturday service to ensure your order reaches you on Saturday.

Any items returned to Vapourmate by your local customs office will be refunded minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. Any items that are seized by your local customs office will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.

We use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries. All UK orders over £25 qualify for free delivery, and we also offer 1st class or Special delivery option for an additional price.

Additional charges apply to orders of £25 and under or international deliveries. After adding your chosen products to the shopping cart, you can easily check the shipping costs by simply selecting your country and entering your postal or zip code at the bottom of the page.

All orders are dispatch the same day if the order is received by 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding any Bank Holidays). All other orders will be shipped on the next working day.

Alternatively, you can choose Royal Mail Special Delivery. Select this option if you would like guaranteed next day delivery. Whilst first class mail will normally arrive on the following day, this is not guaranteed, so if your delivery is very urgent (a last minute birthday gift, for example) you may wish to select the Special Delivery option. Special Delivery also includes the added security of a tracking code and signed delivery.

We also ship products to addresses across Europe. Our standard international delivery charge is £9.99. Some of our most popular international destinations are Ireland, Spain and Norway, but we also ship to many other locations such as Belgium, Estonia, Czech Republic and Sweden. Further afield, we offer shipping to Saudi Arabia, Greenland and Iceland.
