Taffy Man draws on the cultural heritage of Saltwater Taffy candy originating from and first produced and marketed in the Atlantic City boardwalk region of New Jersey in the 1880's.
Contrary to the name Saltwater Taffy does not contain any sea water, but does contain both salt and water. It's a sugar, cornstarch, Glycerine, butter mix originally cooked in copper kettles over an open fire. It is then laid on marble slabs to cool before the 'pulling' process begins. The pulling is designed to stretch the taffy slabs before folding over on itself to allow air into the mixture, which creates the softer texture.
Taffy Man Eliquids evoke the halcyon days of those boardwalk sweet shops perfectly.
