Terms & Conditions

When it comes to conditions and terms, we at Vapourmate want to make it clear. First and foremost we always aim for the highest possible standard in the production of our products, in sales and in customer care, but if you want to know exactly how we do business, how the site works or you want to know any information on our policies, this is the place to start.

We believe clarity is important in customer care so here is a brief overview of some of our important terms and conditions and how they work:

-All of our terms and conditions are governed and constructed under the laws of Great Britain and any legal discussion regarding any of our policies must be dealt with through proper channels under the correct procedures dictated by British law.

-You are bound by the legal information upon entering the site and/or making a purchase.

-All information on the website is ours, others aren't allowed to copy it only 'to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Vapourmate or purchasing Vapourmate products'.

-We have an age restriction set on the site so will not sell to those younger than 18 years of age. We set this gate on the provision that only those of 18 and above have access to the credit card required to purchase products from us. Anyone below this age will not be traded with.

-It is always your choice to visit our website, we accept no responsibility for those accessing the content of their own free will.

-Any external or third-party links or material appearing on the site are put there to provide customers further valuable information regarding products or services. However we can't be held responsible for what these linked sites offer when connected as they change and update their information according to their processes and we do not govern them.

Below is the far more detailed, complicated and yes, sometimes boring, list of terms and conditions, but we do recommend that your read them all before proceeding to ensure you are fully aware of all of our policies and your rights.

For any specific questions or further information regarding anything you find on this page, please do not hesitate to contact us at this address: support@vapourmate.co.uk and we will be happy to answer any of your queries.
